    AlphabetLawyers.com (the "Site") is owned by Alphabet Directories™, LLC ("Alphabet Directories"). In order to Claim Your Listing You must create a User Name and Password and You must agree to the following:

    1. Your access and use of the Site is subject to the Alphabet Directories’ Terms and Conditions of Use.
    2. You represent and warrant that You are the licensed attorney named in the record You are updating or that You are authorized by the attorney to update the record.
    3. You represent and warrant that all information You provide is accurate and complete at the time of posting You agree that it is Your responsibility to ensure that such information is kept current.
    4. You acknowledge and agree that You are solely responsible for all activity occurring under Your User Name and Password. You shall immediately notify Alphabet Directories at webmaster@alphabetlawyers.com of any unauthorized use of your User Name and Password, or any other known or suspected breach of security.
    5. You agree that Alphabet Directories™ can contact you via email.
    6. You acknowledge and agree that the Rules or Codes of Professional Conduct ("Rules") of the jurisdictions in which You are licensed apply to your participation in the Alphabet Directory. These Rules include, but are not limited to, the rules relating to advertising, solicitation of clients, unauthorized practice of law, and/or misrepresentations of fact. You represent and warrant that your activities in the Site will be for informational purposes only and shall not constitute legal advice. The Site disclaims any and all liability arising from your failure to comply with the Rules or your activities on the Site.
